1. In a pot, add 1 liter of water and 3 T sea salt and 2 T oil.
Bring to boil then add the pasta after boiling. Stir it until the pasta perfectly cooked. Put into a colander and do the blanching and drain then set aside.
2. Saute the chicken meat and set aside.
3. In the same pan, put the butter and melt it, sauté the garlic and onion. 4. Add the All purpose cream and grated cheddar cheese and continue stirring, then add salt and pepper. 5. Add the pasta and mix it well until the ingredients are properly distributed. 6. Then serve in a platter.
