1. Scope:
2. Objective:
To provide guidance and procedures work properly and safely to prevent injury to the
body's internal and external members.
3. Reference Documents:
3.1. Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 - (Section 15 (2) (b), required employers and
self-employed persons. Employers must create a safe workplace and healthy not only for
employees, but also for the general public.
3.2. Standard Operating Procedure for welding safety, welding in confined spaces, handling
of compressed gases, fire and electrical safety, ventilation, protective equipment, and
worker training OSHE UTM.
4.1.1. Check the filling level of the bath fluid from time to time. The heater must always
be fully covered with the bath fluid. Never operate the unit without bath fluid in
the bath.
4.1.2. Turn on the mains cable from the power source.
4.1.3. Press ON/OFF switch (located on the right side of the shaker) to ON position.

4.2.1 Press key until the function indicator light on the timer mode..
4.2.2 Press key for 3 times. Set the timer by pressing or key
until the desired set point is displayed.
4.2.3 The timer indicator will light and remain it for the duration of the run. At the end
of the timed run the display will read “Off”, the time indicator will flash, and the
audible alarm will sound (if it is enabled).
4.2.4 To stop the alarm, press SELECT key and change to any other function.
4.3.1. Press key until the function indicator light on the ˚C mode.

4.3.3. The temperature alarms, both audible and flashing light, are activated if the
temperature is more than 1.0 °C higher or lower than the temperature setpoint.
The alarm will automatically deactivate as the device achieves the set
temperature.
4.4.1. After the timer and temperature is set, press for shaking operation.
4.5. Turn off the unit and disconnect the mains cable from the power source before
performing any service or maintenance procedures, or before moving the unit.

6. Emergency
6.1. Some parts of the bath cover may become extremely warm during continuous
operation. When lifting the bath cover, pay attention to hot steam. Be careful
when touching these parts.
6.2. Stop all activity of experimental if any emergency happened, stay in the safe place
and seek medical help.
