at our esteemed establishment.

Mr. I Putu Edo Harry Pratama, with ID Number 5104010303950001 has been a valuable asset to our company
since 20th September 2021. Over the course of his tenure, he has demonstrated unwavering dedication and
played a pivotal role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our business.

As the Operational Manager, Edo has shouldered significant responsibilities, oversaw various aspects of the
daily operations and contributed immensely to the growth of the property. His commitment to maintaining high
standards of service and efficiency has been commendable, especially during challenging times, such as the
COVID-19 pandemic.

We hereby acknowledge and approve Mr. I Putu Edo Harry Pratama's leave request for the period from August
21st to August 28th, 2023. We understand the importance of family bonding and recognize the significance of
his presence during this family trip to Melbourne, Australia.

During His absence, we have decided to ensure the continuity of operations at the property. Nevertheless, we
eagerly anticipate his return and the resumption of his work commitment once the holiday period is over. We

Below are the details of Mr. I Putu Edo Harry Pratama's benefits at My Villa and Resort Canggu (PT Karisma
Lancar Sejahtera):
• Basic Salary: Rp. 18,500,000
• Transportation Allowance: Rp. 1,500,000
• Other Allowance: Rp. 385,384

Additionally, Mr. I Putu Edo Harry Pratama is eligible for a service charge, which varies each month depending
on the company's revenue during that period.
