ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT

I, Regina de Castro, of legal age, and with a mailing address at Unit B6 The Norm,
Townhomes 176 NW Ipil St. Marikina Heights, Marikina City, Philippines, hereby
acknowledges the receipt of the sum of twenty thousand pesos only (₱20,000.00).
The above payment was made by 28 Squared Studios Inc. (28SS) as full payment for the
services rendered as follows:

In receiving the above mentioned full payment, I further agree to release and waive
28SS from any legal action, suit or proceeding to which either I or my heirs may have
against 28SS in connection with the payment of this stipend. This release, waiver and
quitclaim was executed hereby given is made willingly and voluntarily with full
knowledge of my rights under the laws.
