    I will not be able to visit your office to receive our SEC Certificate due to some
    unavoidable circumstances I authorized him to submit and received my documents.

    I hereby authorize Mr. RUBEN PASCUAL, to submit our documents on my behalf. I give
    him the authority to make any decision regarding the same. I have enclosed a
