Action Plan in ELLN

AGDANGAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SY 2022-2023

I. Introduction

Learners in Key Stage 1 who are proficient in reading, writing, math, and communication are more likely to succeed in other subject areas.
Their capacity to grasp both orally and in writing can help them succeed in honing their skills to their greatest potential. The educators for Key
Stage 1 must lay a solid foundation for literacy and numeracy. The development of these skills has been a struggle for both students and teachers
during the last two years of teaching through modular distance learning. Teachers of K to 3 must now plan the teaching methods, techniques,
and innovations to be used in promoting early literacy & numeracy for Key Stage 1 learners as a result of the implementation of limited face-to-
face courses.
Key Stage 1 teachers at Agdangan Central Elementary School are focusing on solving the demands for enhancing early reading &
numeracy in this circumstance. In order to address the needs of learners with varying literacy and numeracy learning needs, various initiatives
and programs must be assessed before being implemented in each school. This is the rationale behind the action plan's implementation for the
2022–2023 academic year.
