Getting Started
To begin using the Client Portal, you will need the following:
• A network connected computer with a web browser installed.

• A web address/URL for accessing the Desktop Service Web page application
• An end-user ID and password.
Logging in
‘Log on’ security ensures protection against unauthorized entry and enforces access privileges for users
who are logged on.
1. Start your Web browser

2. Enter the Web address/URL in the Address bar of your Web browser. Your system administrator
provides the address/URL.

3. Log in with the User ID & Password provided by your system administrator.
4. Click Login. You will be directed to the Client Portal Dashboard.
Note: If the session is idle, it logs out automatically after twenty minutes.

Home Page
The Home page provides a set of auto-refreshing charts offering an overview of traffic per top countries,
cost per top countries, and SMS Count.

Chapter 1 Billing
1. Invoices
The invoices page is a list of previously generated invoices.
On the Invoices page you can:
• Copy to Clipboard the Invoices List

• Export to CSV – export all the available data to a CSV file.
• Export to Excel – export all the available data to an Excel file.
• Export to PDF – export all the available data to a PDF file.
• Print – print all the available data in the table as a hard copy.
• Filter Invoices by:
o From and To Date
o Invoice Number

2. Payments
The Payments page is a list of payments done by Monty Mobile.
On the Payments page you can:
• Copy to Clipboard the Payments List

• Filter Payments by:
o From and To Date

1.1. Statistics
The Statistics is the count of messages sent to a particular Operators with its corresponding Rate.
On the Statistics page you can:
• Copy to Clipboard the Statistics List

• Filter Statistics by:
o From and To Date

1.2. Profile Statistics

The Profile Statistics of the MT Accounts allows the user to view detailed statistics of the Account such
as SMS Count along with total count of Delivered, Undelivered, Pending, Failed, and DLR Percentage.
On the Profile Statistics page you can:
• Copy to Clipboard the Profile Statistics List

• Filter Profile Statistics by:
o From and To Date

The CDR page allows the user to view all CDRs related to a specific period and destination.
On the CDR page, you can:
• Copy to Clipboard the CDR List

• Filter CDR by:
o Last Three Days
o Older
o From and To Date
o Status
o Select Field
o Is equal to
o Value

The Traffic by Country shows the total amount of traffic per Country.
On the Traffic by Country page, you can:
