Sub: Notice for vacating the rental property.

I Mr. Naveen Dhiman (Owner of said premises) inform you to vacate the room located at 1st Floor, Opp
MS Building no 27, Chembur colony. rented to you on dtd. 12th March 2023. As required under the
captioned rent agreement between us, I am serving herewith 30 days advance notice for this purpose.
The balance rent amount and last 3 months unpaid electricity bill for the said coming period can either
be adjusted from security deposit amount given by you and available with me or you may pay the unpaid
dues first and after vacating the room collect the deposit in full, as per your choice.

I feel sorry to ask you to leave the property but I have no other option to do so. I have been receiving
many complaints from the neighbours about your quarrel with them which causes disturbances in the
society.

Moreover, you are not paying time to time rent as per agreement and last 3 months electricity bill is also
unpaid.

Whatever complaints you have made to me regarding issues related to room have been resolved with
highest priority.

I look forward for your cooperation in this matter and handover the said premises on or before 30th July
2023.

Kindly oblige the last date of notice as I will be looking for new tenants soon.
