1st.

week

7:25 am. February 13, 2023 is my first day in Bureau of Fire Protection, gathering at the corner, crowding
at one chair and busy doing nothing. I can’t believe why I’m here at the Daet fire station and don’t even
know the reason why I chose to work here. They introduce their selves, we have had a little orientation,
and a tour to the entire building of fire station. In the second day, they put me and my classmate at lgu
Daet to serve our client, at the time fire officer taught us how to handle, assist the client, and also on
how to arrange the paper or assessment form of the client. In the third and fourth day, I can say we did
our best that resulted to a great work.

2nd. week

As a checker of assessment form and requirements of a client I socialized with a different types of
people, I realized that there is a kind, respectful, and enthusiastic to obey all needed requirements but
there was a time that you cannot avoid or encounter people with an attitude of grumpy and arrogant.

3rd week

I'm still in lgu daet, as time goes by I meet new friends and a lot of people that I was didn't sees for a
long time such as my childhood, neighborhood, idols and crushes. Sometimes I realized how hard to
work, there's too much struggle I experienced that makes me think to quit, but I managed the situation.

This week is my first time to rode in a fire truck, we go to the Barangay of Alawihao to conduct a survey
about the fire safety of a household of the said place.

At this time, me and my buddy was go back to Daet central fire station, at the same time we know in our
self that we both got progress when we were back to the station. Me and my classmates doing good,
obeying all of the rules, following all instructions and doing all the command.

4th week

On the first day of March, I arrived at the fire station around 5am in the morning because the BFP
Central Fire Station personel headed by SINSP Vener E. TabaniagTabaniag, Municipal Fire Marshal, will
conduct motorcade kick-off ceremony for the observance of fire prevention month 2023 with the theme
"Sapag iwas sa sunod, hindi ka nag-iisa" This activity wants to promote fire safety to prevent fire
accident.

We go to SM city Daet and conduct an opening ceremony for fire prevention month, I am glad to be
chosen to take pictures and documentation using the dslr of BFP Daet to capture their moments.

5th week

Together with a lady fire fighters of Daet Central Fire Station we join to the celebration of women's
month through wearing purple t-shirts. In the next day I participated to first quarter Nationwide
Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) and Fire drill that held at Provincial Capitol-Camarines Norte. The
said activity in a latter sentences was had a purpose that provides knowledge and giving awareness on
what are need to do if this phenomenon happen. This time I'm happy again because they choose me
again to shoot and create a cinematic video about what fire fighter actually do in times emergency.

6th week

March 15 we participated in Fire Square Road Show at SM city Daet. This activity intends to teach every
students from a different school on what they need to know and to do in case of fire situation. There are
7 different types of station in SM that teachs different things, such as a rappelling area, electrical wiring
safety area, tools and equipment in operations of SRF area, fire fighting techniques, simulation of
collapse area, knot tying, and basic first aid.

7th week

This week is a boring week there's no special, I'm on the station all the time, doing all paper works, no
activity, no filming, no road trip, just here in the station waiting for a client.

8th week This week, we distributed leaflet that aims to spread awareness to the Barangay of Lag-on
Daet Camarines Norte. I become a judge to the rappelling performance and ladder execution of another
intern from Mabini Colleges.

9th week I assist a client, I arranged files by day and months and I'm the who wrote the inspection order.
In the other day I was assigned to take a picture for rank inspection to all personnel to ensure all
personnel adheres to the standard guidelines for the proper wearing of BFP uniform and other
paraphernalia.

10th week I wept at the fire station, and I help to clean some part of the station like the office area and
kitchen area before I go back to my work or assigned job. Today is just like the usual day, where I am
assisting clients, encoding, reading a book, and doing this weekly report. In another day, I assigned to
take a documentary of the criminology intern activities wherein they execute the basic firefighting.

11th week Monday April 17, 2023 we are all excited to attend the 19th Bantayog festival grand parade
and night ceremony, I am excited only because I know that my parents are not agree to me to go on the
said event, luckily the chief admin of Bureau of Fire Protection assigned me to take a picture and film the
grand parade, and night ceremony so my parents have no choice HAHAHA. Our lovely and respected
Governor Recarti "Dong" Padilla walked and led the grand parade with the Vice Governor, high ranks
officials like PNP, Coast Guard and the Municipal Fire Marshal SINSP Vener E Tabaniag. I captured every
single moment of the parade until to the last part wherein the fireworks display.

12 week This is the luckiest and best feeling of my life because we meet Senator Robin Padilla and took a
picture with him, this unexpected moment is because the BFP is one of the government agencies that
watch out and make standby for the departure of Senator Robin Padilla at Bagasbas airport, Bagasbas
Daet Camarines Norte.
