As you have requested, we would like to submit our design fee proposal for the above-named
project.

1. Plumbing Design:

 Sanitary lines lay-out and isometric plans
 Septic tank design
 Material specifications
1.2 Detailed estimate signed and sealed
1.3 Material specifications and construction methodologies signed and sealed

2. Electrical Design:
2.1 6 sets of complete plumbing plans signed and sealed
 Load Analysis
 Lighting lay-out
 Power lay-out
 Single line diagram
 Electric meter center design
 Electrical Design Analysis ( Short Circuit & Voltage Drop Analysis)
2.2 Detailed estimates signed and sealed
2.3 material specifications and construction methodologies signed and sealed
Terms and Conditions

Total investment in preparing the plumbing and electrical plans amount to THIRTY-SIX
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 36,000.00). Terms of payment are as follows:

We request 40% down payment amounting to (Php 14,400.00) and balances shall be paid upon
submission of approved signed and sealed plans.

We expect to submit the Plumbing plans and Electrical plans no more than Ten (10) Working
Days from submission of requested Architectural Plan in CAD file.
