Already Know Need to Know
-Take a nap can improve heart health -How many percent of naps can improve the

effective?
-Do naps help to improve my mental/emotional,
physical and social health
According to the article “Napping for more than an hour could be bad for your heart health, a
study found” which presenting a perfect amount of time to taking a nap. Nap for too long or
replacing a night's sleep can cause a risk of death and heart disease.
The best time to nap is around 30-45 minutes and not more than 60 minutes. This napping can
decrease the risk of heart disease and can develop your heart.
Blood pressure is one of the factors that influence heart attack. As we usually heard , high blood
pressure usually happens in people who have heart disease. Taking a nap is one of the best to
lower the blood pressure
Nap means a break for yourself, to sleep for just a short time. If we take more than 60 minutes it
is not a nap anymore. Nap having a perfect time of it which around 30-45 minute this is the best
nap that can develop not only your heart but also your brian and your health.
According to the article that mentions the sources of the information, such as “study
author Dr. Zhe Pan.” or the numbers of data like “data on 313,651 people” this
makes the article factual and it could be found in others articles too. In my opinion
