ADMINGLE
Participants have the option to compete either individually
or, in teams with a maximum of four members.
The video advertisement should not exceed 2 minutes in
duration.
Participants need to create a presentation along with the
video explaining the concept behind their advertisement.
Participation Certificates to all and the top 3 Participants
will be awarded with a trophy and certificate.
The scoring criteria for this event are based on a
combination of audience votes and judgment by a jury.
Online audience votes hold 60% weightage while the
remaining 40% is determined by the jury members.
Participating Students should be from the same college.
There are no registration charges.
DESIGN & REFRESH
Students who have an interest, in design, branding, and marketing are
welcome to participate either as part of a team depending on the event setup.
Participation can be Individually or in group of 2.
The Brand name will be given two hours prior to the event.
It is important for participants to adhere to the criteria when redesigning the
logos. They should strive to maintain the essence, core values, and message of
the brand while giving it an innovative appearance.
Participants can choose any Digital Platform to recreate the logos.
Once the logo is made, participants are required to make a Presentation
describing the Idea behind the logo. Participants also need to attach the logo
to the Presentation.
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their redesigned logos by
providing an explanation of their design choices. Presentations can be in
formats such, as slides, posters, or verbal explanations.
The Evaluation will be done by the Jury Members.
Participating Students should be from the same college.
There are no registration charges.
Participation Certificates to all and the top 3 Participants will be awarded with
a trophy and certificate.
MARKETING
PODIUM

During this event participants will assume the roles of Chief Marketing Officers
(CMOs) and high-level managers representing brands. Each participant will have
the opportunity to represent a brand.
The organizers of the event will provide a selection of marketing-related topics or
issues, for discussion. These topics may cover marketing trends, industry-specific
challenges, or other relevant subjects. The format of the debate will follow an
approach with designated speaking times for each team or participant including
opening statements, rebuttals, and closing arguments.
Individual participation will be there.
A panel of judges will evaluate the participant's performance based on criteria that
will be disclosed on the day of the event.
Participating Students should be from the same college.
There are no registration charges.
The scenarios presented in this debate are designed to simulate real-world
marketing challenges and decisions commonly faced by CMOs and top-level
managers. This realistic approach adds a touch, to the event.

trophy and certificate.
BOLLYWOOD FUNDA
An entertaining event that requires participants to join forces and recreate
a renowned movie scene from a Bollywood film. To add some excitement
and diversity, each team will be given a movie scene 7 days before the
event and they have to recreate the scene make a video, and submit it to
us by 17th October.
Top 5 teams will be selected who will be performing at our Campus. The
college will only provide basic audio and video support.
The use of live sounds created by team members, music, and sound
effects will enhance the performance. This recreation is to be viewed live
in front of an audience. A Panel of Jury members will evaluate every
recreation.
The Maximum number of Members in a team will be Five and the Minimum
is 2.
The Maximum time for performance both video and live performance is 10
minutes.
Participating Students should be from the same college.
There are no registration charges.
The event will be conducted on the campus of IMS Ghaziabad University
Courses Campus.
Participation Certificates to all and the top 3 Participants will be awarded
with a trophy and certificate.
DRESS THE
BRAND
·Creating a costume or getup that reflects a brand is the task at hand for
participants. They must choose a brand that speaks to them and use various
elements such as clothing, accessories, props, and makeup to represent the
brand's identity, style, and products. While music or commentary introduces
their brand, each participant can walk the ramp dressed as their chosen
brand. Incorporating a runway showcase brings a fashion show vibe to the
event.
The theme of the event is recycled and sustainable products.
Individual participation will be there.
Creativity in interpreting the brand, representation of the brand's image
accurately, and confidence during the ramp-walk are among the criteria that
will be used to evaluate participants.

The event will be conducted on the campus of IMS Ghaziabad University
Courses Campus.
Participation Certificates to all and the top 3 Participants will be awarded
with a trophy and certificate.
BAND WAR
"Band War: Marketing Harmonies" is a unique musical competition that blends
the world of marketing with the power of music.
Theme: Reviving Advertising Legends: A Melodic Tribute to Timeless
Campaigns!"
Each participating team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6
members.
All team members must be currently enrolled students from the same college
or institution.
The Participation will be around a theme.
Bands will perform a live musical set that should last between 7 to 10 minutes.
The Band should be related to the theme given.
The performance should include original songs, covers, or a mix of both, with
lyrics and musical elements related to their chosen marketing theme.
Each band is responsible for bringing their own musical instruments and
equipment. A basic sound system will be provided by the event organizers.
Bands must adhere to the allotted time limit for their performance. Points may
be deducted for exceeding the time limit.
Performances should adhere to the standards of decency and must not contain
offensive or inappropriate content.
Interested bands must register for the event by 15th October 2023.
Exciting prizes and recognition await the winning bands, including the coveted
title of "Marketing Harmonies Champions."

The Event will be conducted at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus)
MEME LAND
Participants will have to make a Meme related to Brands and share
that meme with us by 14th October.
Out of all the Memes received 10 memes will be posted in the
Instagram Profile of IMSUC and the participants need to share the post
to bring maximum likes and comments.
Every like will count for 10 points and every comment will count for 20
Points. The Points will be calculated and scoring will be done.
If any unfair means is used to earn the points, that meme will be
disqualified.
The meme should be appropriate, the use of inappropriate pictures
and words will make the meme disqualified.
Individual participation will be there.
Participating Students should be from the same college.
There are no registration charges.
The event will be conducted on Virtual Mode.
Participation Certificates to all and the top 3 Participants will be
awarded with a trophy and certificate.
