definition of power training may appear elusive. Essentially, it
entails quickly moving a weight (body) or resistance with the intent
or actual execution to do so. It is worth noting that traditional
strength exercises such as pressing, squats, and row exercises are
typically not categorized as power training.

Why is power training so vital? Athletes can profit significantly

performance. Nonetheless, not only athletes, but even the
general populace and seniors can likewise reap the benefits of
incorporating some form of power training into their regimen.

Despite Olympic lifting being the best way to train for power, it is
incredibly technical and necessitates access to Eleiko bars, bumper
plates, and a platform. Therefore, here are some alternative options:

2. KB Swings

Physical Fitness: Pickleball is a great way to improve physical

health. The game involves constant movement, including running,
jumping, and quick, lateral movements. These actions enhance
cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and agility. Moreover, the repetitive
swinging of the paddle and the use of various muscle groups
contribute to muscular strength and endurance. As a low-impact
sport, pickleball puts less stress on joints compared to higher-
impact activities, making it suitable for individuals of all ages and
those recovering from injuries.

Balance and Coordination: The combination of hand-eye

coordination and footwork required in pickleball enhances balance
and motor skills. Regular play can improve proprioception, which
is the body's ability to sense its position and movements in space.
Enhanced balance reduces the risk of falls, particularly in older
adults, thereby promoting safer mobility and independence.
