ARTICLE 4: FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, the time to perform the contract will be extended by the duration of the force majeure
that the affected party is unable to perform his duties.

ARTICLE 5: ARBITRATION
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, shall be referred to and finally resolved by
arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, according to the
International Chamber of Commerce rules.

ARTICLE 6: GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Buyer and The Supplier must follow strictly the articles signed in this contract. If there are some
difficulties arising during valid time of this contract. Then Two Parties should inform each other by Official
Letter and cooperate to solve the difficulties.
This contract is made in four (02) English originals, two Originals for the Buyer and two Originals for the
Seller
The signed contract sent by fax/email from fax number/email address provided in the contract is deemed as
original and legally admissible.
