EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT

ARTICLE VII (7)- the main constitutional provision of the 1987 Philippine Constitution
governing the powers and function of the Executive branch.

Provisions
Section 1  President- head of the Executive branch
 Presidential Government- there’s separation of powers, thus,
