What is a cold?
A cold or upper respiratory infection is an infection of the nose and throat caused by a
virus.
Symptoms of a cold may include:
• Runny or stuffy nose
• Fever
• Sore throat
• Sometimes a cough or hoarse voice
• Red or watery eyes
• Swollen lymph nodes in the neck
