RENT AGREEMENT

THIS RENT AGREEMENT IS MADE AT GURGAON ON THIS 5th Day OF


SEPTEMBER 2023, BETWEEN:
ANIL KUMAR S/O SHYAM LAL R/OP LOT NO. 7, FLAT NO. 102, 12 BISWA,
NEAR AKASH PUBLIC SCHOOL, GURUGRAM, HARYANA-122001 (AADHAR
NO. 9612 3591 5977) (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE FIRST PARTY) OF THE
ONE PART.

AND
JATIN KUMAR S/O NARENDER, H.NO. 1436, DUJANA, JHAJJAR,
HARYANA– 124102 (AADHAR NO. 4670 9554 0701) (HEREINAFTER CALLED
THE SECOND PARTY) OF THE SECOND PART.

THE EXPRESSION FIRST PARTY AND SECOND PARTY shall mean and include
their respective heirs, successors, representatives and assigns etc.

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner in possession of VITA DIARY,
HUDA MARKET, SEC-7 EXTN, GURUGRAM, HARYANA-122001 (hereinafter
referred to as “THE SAID PROPERTY”).

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER

1. That the tenancy of the above premises shall commence w.e.f. 01-09-
2023 upto 31-07-2024 for a period of 11 months from the date of
tenancy.

2. That the SECOND PARTY shall pay to the FIRST PARTY for the above
said Property the rent of Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per
month by Cash/Cheque on or before 7th day of each English Calender
month.
3. That the SECOND PARTY has paid Rs. 6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand
only) advance for One month and security amount of Rs. 18,000/-
(Rupees Eighteen thousand only) by way of security deposit during the
terms of lease. Which is refundable at the time of termination without
interest.

4. That the SECOND PARTY will hand over the possession after vacation to
the FIRST PARTY and all repairs charges for the damage of the structure,
taps electricity point, etc shall borne by the SECOND PARTY.

5. That the said premises will be used exclusively for Commercial Purpose.

6. That the FIRST PARTY can inspect at any time of the said rented
premises.

7. That the tenancy may be renewed with the mutual consent of both the
parties after expiration of the above said tenancy period.

8. That the SECOND PARTY shall have no right to let out the whole or part
of tenancy premises to any otherperson.

9. That the tenancy may be terminated after giving three months notice in
advance either of the parties in case of breach of any of agreed terms and
conditions.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE VENDOR AND THE VENDEE HEREBY PUT


THEIR HANDS ON THIS AGREEMENT FOR SALE AT PLACE, DATE, MONTH
AND YEAR HEREINABOVE MENTIONED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE
FOLLOWING WITNESSES:
