Disney Studio is a animation studio which built by Walt Disney in 1923.

They have a popular


animation called Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, etc. Their popularity was known well by US.
Government. So, they give them some assignment to make emblem and education videos for Army.

In 1942, the Navy asked them to design an emblem appropriate for its new fleet of Navy
torpedo boats known as “mosquito boats”. After that, Navy also was asking them to make an
educational videos. This videos contained 90.000 feet training film to educate sailors on navigation
tactics. To make this films, Disney worked with Hollywood producer named Frank Capra, then they
created a series called “Why We Fight”. This series contained the most brilliant animated maps to teach
sailors in tactical during war. Then, Disney Studio serves Red Cross to make drawings and cartoon figures
for appreciate the serving of Red Cross for US Governments during world war.

They contribute well to enhance people’s support for US. Government in war worlds. They
making a films that tell Donald Duck dealing with federal income taxes and pointing out the benefit of
paying his taxes in support of American war effort. Also, they devoted to production of training and
propaganda films to serve US. Army for enhance their skill in battlefields. These efforts made them more
popular. They won the Oscar as the best animated film in 1943.
