Dear Sir,

With reference to the letter reference No: 02 and same have been discussed during ED/Maha-
Metro Video conference with you on 15/06/2020 for road, footpath, drain restoration before
monsoon at reach-4 work site, we have observed no improvement/ efforts are seen in day to
day construction & its associated works during our routine site visit.

Keeping the upcoming monsoon, you are further once again instructed to take necessary action
on restoration of road, footpath and drain work immediately.
