Background
Trywell Natural Coconut Juice is a local natural coconut juice with the intention to provide the best
coconut juice for its customer satisfaction. The need to establish this new brand of natural consumable
to the market is to seek to gravitate from the normal way of serving coconut juice to customer. Trywell
Natural Coconut Juice seek to provide its best customer service with quality products all round year. And
a result the project of branding would focus on those things we do differently from the rest of the other
suppliers of coconut.

We’re gear up to give a new phase to coconut juice and educating the public about the health benefits of
coconut juice, which helps to lower blood sugar in diabetes people and reduce heart disease risk)

PROBLEMS

MONITORING & EVALUATIONS

The monitoring and evaluation officer in collaboration with the project manager, will work in hands
especially with the M & E manager taking feedback from the project manager and also doing site seeing
to see what progress have been made in the stipulated project time frame.
The M & E manager will ensure that the project budget be use mainly for it intended purpose either than
that the M &E officer will have the right to reach out to the potential client and sponsors and deliver
report from the project progress.
