Project Name: Echo

Project Manager: The person responsible for ensuring that each of the project’s goals and
objectives are completed.
Team Members: The people who work on a project and contribute to its success.
Project Description: Echo, an application made with the intention of assisting people with
mental health problems. Describe the project. What is the goal of your project? E.g. Design
and fabricate a fully autonomous robot with precise object manipulation in a multi-robot
environment.
Project Reason/Justification: to provide more accessible top methods of conquering
mental problems from certified psychologists in the nation. Why are you doing this project?
Major Milestone:application:

1. Research and Planning month of july: Conduct research on the target

audience for mental health, their needs, and the features that would be most
helpful to them. Creating a plan for the app’s development, including timelines,
budgets, and resources required. Research on mental health issues and
finding a willing certified psychologist.
2. Design start - August 6 : Creating a user-friendly interface that is easy to
navigate and visually appealing. An interface which is best suited for a mental
health platform. Ensuring that the app’s design is consistent with the brand’s
image and values.
3. Development start - September 03: Build the app’s functionality, including
features such as user registration, data collection, and analysis. Ensuring that
the app is compatible with multiple devices and operating systems.
4. Testing - september 15: Testing the app’s functionality and usability to ensure
that it meets the needs of the target audience. Identifying and fixing any bugs
or issues that arise during testing.
5. Launch: Yet to be launched from october 11-14
6. Maintenance: Continuously update and improve the app based on user
feedback and changing needs in the mental health field.
Assumptions: the assumption is that people need mental health care platforms which are
easily accessible and can be easily navigated through.

Constraints: What factors will limit how the project gets done?

Time: Time was an issue because app development consumes much of it.

Budget: Cost of human resources in terms of finding a skilled and certified

mental health advisor were deeply incurred.

Scope: sometimes goals were not reached on time due to some common
misunderstandings of what has to be done as a team.

Communication: communication within the team was hard due to limited

opportunities to interact physically. It was countered by creating a social
media platform.
\
Risks: What things could cause issues during the project?

Communication barriers:

The team is made up of people who are fluent in different languages causing
lack of effective communication.

Budget constraints: Different day to day costs are to be incurred in the future
which may cause losses at a point.

Lack of expertise: Not all members are well acquainted with technology which
poses a risk to the app development.

Resources: What resources are needed? What will it cost?

Project Start date:06/08/2023
End Date: Not yet clear
