WARRANT FOR ARREST AND ORDER OF CONFINEMENT

STATE OF MISSOURI
IN THE MISSOURI COURT OF APPEALS, WESTERN DISTRICT, THE STATE OF
MISSOURI, TO THE MARSHAL OF THIS COURT OR ANY PEACE OFFICER:
You are commanded to arrest Appellant who has been convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter-2nd
Degree, a Class E Felony, and Armed Criminal Action, a Felony Unclassified; and who is presently released
on bond pending appeal; and you are commanded to take Appellant into custody and to deliver him to the
appropriate correctional institution to serve any portion of the unserved sentence. A copy of the judgment
and sentence is attached.
You, the officer serving this warrant and transporting Appellant to the custody of the appropriate
correctional institution shall make return to this Court.
