TRACKING FORM

Hi, German Hernando. When you submit this form, the owner will see your name and email address.

You have an FTL order with a pickup appointment at 10:00 CST, you saw on the
notes that the driver arrived on time. However, when you called to confirm if he
was already loaded, the driver advised that he tried to check in but the reference
1. number was incorrect and the shipper couldn’t identify the load.
What questions would you ask the driver and what would you do to solve the
issue? Elaborate

i would ask him as follows:

1.What is the reference number that you used? ( in order to confirm it)
2.Did you try contacting the shipper to verify the reference number?

To solve the issue: contact the shipper to verify the reference number and provide
the correct one to the driver to complete the pickup appointment.

What type of loading method would be suitable when the shipper states an order
2.
will be 4000 loose cases (floor loaded):

a suitable loading method could be floor loading because it loads the cargo directly
