 Pran's primary strategic objective is to diversify its product offerings within the food and
beverage sector. They offer a wide variety of goods, including dairy, confectionary,
drinks, snacks, and more. They are able to serve numerous market groups and consumer
preferences thanks to their diversification approach.
 Pran places a high priority on the integrity and security of its products. To guarantee that
their products satisfy worldwide standards, they have made investments in cutting-edge
manufacturing facilities and quality control procedures. They have gained customers'
trust because to their dedication to quality.
 Pran focuses its business choices on its customers. In order to satisfy shifting consumer
tastes, they actively solicit client feedback and modify their products. They are able to
keep customers' loyalty because to this customer-focused strategy.
 Pran participates in a number of CSR projects, such as community development efforts,
healthcare initiatives, and educational programs.

Relating with the strategies:


Pran Foods is really concern about their product’s quality. The company has investments on
R&D so that they can adapt their products according to customer’s needs.
Their marketing strategy focuses heavily on customer’s satisfaction. First, they identify the
preferences of customer’s and then they design their product accordingly.
Pran has also showed contribution regarding CSR( corporate social responsibilities) by
conducting various social campaigns and activities. Such as, they have launched a program
where they provide food to underprivileged schoolchildren.
Pran employed a huge sales and marketing force to promote their product to retailers &
distributors. Pran uses logo and short advertisement so that the product will occupy a clear and
desirable place in the mind of the consumer.
Pran is a company that takes pride in giving everyone the same opportunities. They consider
every recommendation and grievance seriously in an effort to make the workplace better for
everyone. Professional honesty is strongly upheld and is actually the foundation of their work
policy(PRAN Foods, n.d.).
