MINUTES OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING HELD AT THE ROOM OF Grade 8-1 AT LAMBUNAO
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, LAMBUNAO, ILOILO

The Homeroom PTA meeting was conducted/facilitated by the undersigned Adviser pursuant to
DepEd Order no. 13 series of 2022, otherwise known as the OMNIBUS GUIDELINES ON THE
REGULATION OF OPERATIONS OF PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATIONS at the School Level . The following
were the order of business being thoroughly discussed/deliberated , to wit :
1. Normally the Homeroom PTA Meeting started with a prayer by MARY ANN WENNIE L.
SOLLORIN. After which the Adviser warmly welcome the parents/guardians of their
attendance during the aforesaid meeting;
2. The Adviser after having oriented the Mechanics of conducting the election of the Homeroom
PTA Officer, the same was facilitated to have a new set of Officers for the SY 2023-2024
respectively;
3. Presentation and proclamation of the newly elected Homeroom PTA Officers was done by the
adviser and was followed by a deliberation on the proposed PTA project. It was agreed by
majority votes that three (3) ceiling fans and one (1) water dispenser are the projects which
were evidently need inside the classroom for the purpose of providing favorable and pleasant
ambiance tantamount to foster relevant quality education. Mr . James Erwin P. Limoso donated
one (1) ceiling , Mr. Reynaldo Catilo one (1) ceiling fan and Mrs. Remalyn Rose Landero and
Mrs. Lovella Latorre another one (1 ) ceiling fan.
4. The agreed amount of the aforesaid PTA project was ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ( Ph.
150.00) intended for the water dispenser and labor for the materials and installation of the
three (3 ) ceiling fans. The deadline of the said amount is on or before October 6, 2023. The
PTA project was conceived freely and voluntarily.
5. The Adviser after having presented the PTA project which was unanimously approved by the
parents/guardians , the matter on the school rules and regulations were properly discussed for
purposes of the review , orientation and to impose constrictive discipline;
6. Matter on parental care and supervision were also taken into consideration on the part of the
parents/guardians to ensure safety, protect and proper guidance for the general welfare of the
students in general.
7. The Homeroom PTA meeting was adjourned at around 2: 19 o’çlock in the afternoon. There
being no matters deliberate.
