Narrative Report

Day 1

Morning: Orientation. On our first day, before we start the work immersion, our advisors and
acting supervisors assembled us for a short orientation at San Fabian municipal hall. They
informed and explained us the do's and don'ts inside our workplace. Despite the briefness of the
discussion, it was extremely entertaining and instructive.

Workplace cleaning and file sorting. Mr. Antonio J. Supremido, Jr., our acting supervisor, asked
us to sort out the pile of files in the bookshelf and clean that area of our office.

Afternoon: Arranging of files. Mr. Cerezo, the mayor’s consultant, asked us to help him
organize the Miss Darayat Candidates 2023's files according to their numbers.

various educational posters.

Afternoon: Encoding. We helped the Tech4ed encode the barangay records using BRAMS
(Barangay Records Automation Management System). Its purpose is to record the pertinent
information/data of families in every Barangay. It is also designed to deliver real time
information by providing barangay secretaries ease of updating household and family records on
a 24/7 basis.

Day 3

Morning: Encoding. Ms. Sanz asked us to encode the letter of executive order for incoming
Holy Week Celebration.
Afternoon: Encoding. We were instructed to encode the Municipal Coastal DataBase 2023. We
began by classifying the names of our town's coastal and non-coastal barangays. Second, we
checked the population of each barangay in the year 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020. Lastly, we
encoded the data using Excel, making our job simpler and more accurate.

Day 4

task of encoding the letter for selected Punong barangays, creating and arranging the LGU user
registration form, and writing the terms and conditions for submitting digital requests to the local
government support fund (DRSL) in San Fabian and San Jacinto.

Afternoon: Sorting of Files. In the afternoon, after we encoded the files, we sorted it to be ready
for filing. We organized the files according to their category or type, we made sure to label each
file clearly and accurately for easy retrieval in the future, and we also made sure that all the files
were placed neatly in their designated folders and cabinets to prevent misplacement or damage.

the paper properly and adjust the paper tray to fit the size of the paper. Then, she showed us how
to connect to the printer through our laptops and how to select the right printer settings for our
print job. Ate Desirie also emphasized the importance of following the manual's instructions and
handling the printer with caution. After the demonstration, we had the chance to practice printing
