Anchor Study:
Research Objectives:
This study aims to determine the relationship between a senior high school students’
personality trait and their entrepreneurial intention. Specifically, the study had the
following objectives:
1. To investigate the influence of personality traits of the students in terms of:
1.1. openness;
1.2. conscientiousness;
1.3. extraversion;
1.4. agreeableness; and
1.5. neuroticism
2. To investigate the level of entrepreneurial intentions among these students in
terms of:
1.1. behavioral control;
1.2. subjective norms;
1.3. attitude towards behavior
3. To identify any significant correlations or associations between specific
personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions.
