Warm Greetings!

I am writing in your good office in behalf of all the members, athletes and supporters of
Cluster 9 Men’s Volleyball Team to ask for your possible financial and moral support.
Cluster 9 comprises of 4 barangays: Lubong, Pemienta, Poblacion West and Sta. Maria.
There are 16 chosen athletes to represent our cluster for the Inter – Cluster Men’s Volleyball
Tournament that will be held on July 1-2 & 8-9, 2023 at Umingan Gymnasium.

Umingan Volleyball Community believes every Uminganian should be offered the

opportunity to develop skills that will enable them to excel and compete successfully at the
interscholastic, regional and/or national level of youth volleyball. We are committed to
provide a positive environment for us volleyball players to reach our maximum playing
potential through excellence in coaching and community support. We strive to provide a solid
foundation of fundamental and technical skills to help participants most especially the youth
to develop, not only as athletes, but also as individuals. Us, players will be challenged to
excel not only for their own personal growth but also for the betterment of their team and
their cluster.

As we represent our cluster, I am contacting you in the possible fund that we can allocate for
the team to support them in their transportation, uniform and food expenses since they will
represent our barangay and cluster.

In behalf of the Cluster 9 Men’s Volleyball Team, we thank you in advance for considering
