On this exercise you can write down all of the trigger words you find throughout your life. Think
through some of your trigger words and what emotions are evoked by them. After that, replace
some of your old trigger words with new empowering trigger words. What positive emotions
will these invoke in your life?

Think about in which area of your life you want to experience the biggest breakthrough. Then stop
for a moment and ask yourself why these things you desire have not happened yet. To facilitate
this exercise, think about which of the following factors might be stopping you from breaking
through: the economy, lack of time, your boss, your employees, unsupportive spouse, your
education, lack of capital, health, relationships. Focus on what comes to mind immediately when
you think of why you haven’t reached the point in life that you desire? What is the story you have
in your head?

Choose a photo that depicts the old you and then choose a new photo that depicts the new you.
The old you should be tired, warn out and not living their best life. While the new you should be
full of energy and vibrancy and a love and passion for life!
Choose your pictures, print them out and glue or tape them into the sheet.

On this exercise you can write down all the bad advice that you’ve gotten over the years, the
ill-conceived warnings and instructions and the ones that have cost you the most. Write down
what they cost you. When you see these formal descriptions of bad advice you’ve received, you’ll
understand that you no longer can allow someone’s unqualified advice to steer the direction of
your life. Create this new habit of ignoring bad advice getting good advice from qualified people
and diminish your internal villain and gain a new level of confidence.
