Make 15 dc in ring. Pull thread to close ring. Join with a sl st in top of ch. 16 sts

Of the 4 sc between teeth, 2 belong to each skull.
Round 3
Nose and eye .
This round is worked as short rows, turning back and forth on the individual skulls.
Some of the sts share spaces with the row below. Identified as SS for shared st.
( You may have to Sk 1 st at the beginning of the 1st skull only. To set the row up
correctly you should have 2 sc over the first two on the ch 4 loop, and 1 sc over the 1 st
tooth. The ch 3 for the nose skips the middle sc made between the dc's. The sl st join
from the previous row makes it hard to find the first st. It is easier to count back from
the middle sc to make sure your nose is in the middle of the skull)

Sl in the next 2 sts, ch 1. (4 sc, ch 4 sts [2 on ea skull], sk 4)7X (8X){9X}. Join with a sl
st in 1st sc of round. Turn

New skulls form between old skulls

Medium and large (repeat from row 6 through round 10)1x, Then repeat rows 5
through 10 until desired length to drawstring. Then work rows 5 through 8 for the
ruffle.
