This workbook is intended to help organize and track contacts and leads.
The "Contact Log" tab is where all meetings and contacts with clients can be logged.
The "Contacts" tab is where client contact info is entered and contact frequency tracked.
The "Companies" tab is where company contact info is entered
The "Leads" tab is where leads can be entered and tracked.
The "Setup" tab is where workbook options can be customized.
This sheet for logging all client contact. In order to add a new row to the table, simply enter a date in the next blank row at the
bottom of the table. In order to remove a row, right click the relevant row and select "Delete" -> "Table Rows".
This sheet is where contacts are entered and stored. Contacts entered here are available for drop-down menu selection in the
"Contact Log" tab. The "Last Contact" column will automatically update and format depending on the selections made in the
"Setup" sheet. Table rows are added and removed in the same manner as in the "Contact Log".
This sheet is where company contact information is entered and stored. Companies entered here are available for drop-down
menu selection in the "Contact Log" as well as the "Contacts" tables. Table rows are added and removed in the same manner
as in the "Contact Log".
This sheet is used to enter lead and track lead information. Leads entered here are available for drop-down menu selection in
the "Contact Log" as well as the "Contacts" tables. The "Last Contact" column will automatically update and format depending
on the selections made in the "Setup" sheet. Table rows are added and removed in the same manner as in the "Contact Log".
This sheet is used to change the options available in the "Lead Stage", "Team Member", and "Purpose" fields found
throughout the workbook. This is also where the formatting timeframes for contacts and leads are set.
To customize any of the"Lead Stage Options", "Team Members" or "Contact Purpose Options" fields, type in any existing rows
of the table to replace an existing option or type in the next blank row of the table to add a new option.
To customize the "Lead Timeframes" or "Contact Timeframes" options, type in any of the 3 available boxes within either table.
These will determine what formatting options are applied to the "Last Contact" field in the "Contacts" table and the "Last
Update" field in the "Leads" table respectively. When customizing these options, only a number should be entered.
