-Crack and hollow on corner column

C. REASON AND EXPLANATION

The mortar surface on column are cracked and hollow because the quality of mortar is not good
The column mortar do not have gap joint with floor concrete

D. METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. Remove all hollow mortar on column
2. Make column more rough for more connection
3. Apply proper mixture mortar with sika latex
4. Make a joint gap between column mortar and floor
5. Putty and Painting
