"MACONDO SAMOSA, UNIQUE EDITION 2023" CONCEPT

Objective: To celebrate the African history and features through the literary works by
our authors, our samosa will give a feel and taste of what home is as our theme has
alluded to in this year’s theme.
This way we also engage with samosa/books enthusiasts through a creative and
interactive social media campaign on all our platforms, booklicious is what we are going
for.

Recipe Exchange
Organize a biweekly recipe exchange where users can share their favorite samosa
recipes. This can be done through dedicated posts shared to us by Wau eats to share
on the social media platform.

Samosa Challenges
Introduce fun challenges related to Macondo samosas, such as "Samosa Folding
Challenge" or "Samosa Tasting Challenge." Encourage users to participate by sharing
their videos or photos of a flavor in the book of their choice, or a country of their choice
and them attempting the challenges to be put up such as coming up with flavor
suggestions for different countries and offer rewards or recognition for the best entries
before the festival or the last day of the festival.

Samosa Spotlight
We will Feature different samosa vendor Wau eats Share their stories, unique samosa
variations for last Macondo literary Festival, and customer reviews. This will not only
promote local business on the D Day but also provide users with new samosa
recommendations to try on the day of the festival.

Samosa Trivia
we will share interesting facts, history, and trivia about samosas from the countries
represented connected to the literary works of the authors, through engaging posts or
quizzes. Encourage users to interact by asking questions and offering small prizes for
correct answers.

Samosa Polls
We will conduct polls to gather opinions on the two Macondo flavors samosa-, such as
favorite filling, preferred dipping sauce, or even regional variations. This will encourage
user engagement and generate interesting discussions.
We will maintain the Macondo Literary Festival Hash tags and during the campaign for
the Macondo Samosa’s we can push the hashtag for anyone who is part of the
challenges ro be given during the campaign.

Samosa Giveaways
:We can organize samosa giveaways where users can participate by following, liking,
or sharing specific posts. This will help increase brand awareness and attract new
followers as well as ticket purchase as they have to be awared when the festival is in
progress.
