VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
(STVEP)
FREDDIE B. DIGNO
Principal III
Sagay National High School

A completion ceremony is always such a special occasion – the culmination

of years of hard work, the actualization of goals attained and the acknowledgement of success
achieved.

Embodying resilience is vital in overcoming obstacles and adapting to changes during

these challenging times. In education, resilience empowers students to persevere and remain
committed to their learning goals despite various setbacks, be it personal or external.

The emphasis on resilience, agency and grit among Filipino learners highlights that MALE FEMALE
graduation is a celebratory milestone and a symbol on how a robust educational foundation can
weather any challenge.

The 2022-2023, end of school year rite’s theme, “K to 12 Graduates: Molded

through a Resilient Educational Foundation,” underlines the strength and determination of
Filipino learners in the face of challenges. This reflects the accomplishments of every learner
shaped by an education that endures despite adversities. This promotes an inclusive and
meaningful celebration of learners’ achievements further highlighting the significance of a
resilient educational foundation. This serves as a reminder that a robust educational
infrastructure is essential in empowering students, equipping them with the skills, values and
mindset to overcome adversities and embrace opportunities for growth and success.

May your years ahead continue to be characterized by empathy, compassion,

objectivity and willingness to take risks. May you always lead by example and work hard and
play straight.

May your success be many and year tribulations be few and far between.

We wish you everything that you so richly deserve in the years ahead – it has been an
honor and a privilege watching your progress and success!
