Who is Leonardo Da Vinci


and what is he famous for?
Leonardo Da Vinci was an engineer and
an artist who is known for his well-drawn
paintings such as the Mona Lisa (Which
was drawn in 1503-1504) and the
drawing of the Vitruvian man (Which
was drawn in 1490).

The Mona Lisa


The Mona Lisa was one of Leonardo’s famous artworks.
It uses the golden proportion which is an “Aesthetically pleasing”
(Sources from google.) proportion value. The background is located
in a Italian town named Bobbio.

The painting in now located in the Louvre Museum in France and


it has a designated room to prevent damage and to control
Crowds.

Did you know that on August the 9 2009 on a Tuesday a Russian


woman threw a teacup at
the Mona Lisa.
