    Re: Announcement of Planned Action (Update)

    To Whom It May Concern:

    In follow up to my letter dated August 9, 2023, I am writing on behalf of vitaCare Prescription Services,
    Inc. (“vitaCare”). vitaCare is experiencing a further reduction in its workforce at the vitaCare headquarters
    at 951 Yamato Road, Suite 160, Boca Raton, Florida, as part of a corporate restructuring. This layoff is
    expected to be permanent.

    Approximately 126 employees were notified today that they have been selected for layoff and that they
    will be separated after being provided 60 days’ advance notice and are being informed that their
    separation will be permanent.

    vitaCare does not have a union representative. vitaCare also does not have a “job bumping” system or
    seniority system, meaning that more senior employees will not be able to displace more junior employees
    out of their job positions as a result of this layoff. The following additional information is available to you
    upon request (it is maintained on site and is readily accessible): The job titles of positions to be affected
    and the number of affected employees in each job classification. This information is available broken
    down by location.
