PR Campaign Project (Save our Allies)

Outline

1. Problem Statement: Save our Allies’ main social media presence is on Instagram, in
order to reach a broader audience and new donors the organization needs to expand to
other forms of social media.

2. Organizational Mission Statement: The mission of Save Our Allies is to rescue and aid
Americans and Allies in war-torn environments and resettle them in environments free
of tyranny and terror.
a. Goal(s) : Expand social media presence to other applications

b. Target Public(s): younger audiences, potential donors

c. Objective(s): Create a TikTok account, increase presence on Twitter

3. Situation Analysis: The Instagram is very popular, however there are other audiences
that could be reached simultaneously on other platforms.

4. SWOT Analysis: Great at content, bad at frequency of posts and platforms.

a. SWOT Strategies: Publish content on other applications, more frequently.

5. Planning & Programming

a. Communication Plan: Coordinate with all levels of the organization and let them
know what the plan is and how we will achieve through emails, phone calls, and
whatever methods needed.
b. Action Plan: After the plan has been established and everyone knows what is
going on, action will occur?
6. Timeline
a. Schedule of event (if having one): N/A
b. Advertising, posting, action items schedule (twice a week or more posts if
needed)
