- I think everything I do every day is consistent because my mind already has a
schedule of itself on what to do every day for years now. But there’s one thing that
can disturb it. And it is my sleep schedule, it’s because I have an improper Circadian
Clock, that changes randomly even if I do everything same as the previous days.

2. How can this activity contributed to achieving your goals? (2- Paragraph answer)
- having a schedule is like a practice on making a plan in your life, for the reason that
having a schedule makes your work done in a proper time. Just like having plans, if you
follow the plans rather than just do things improperly or “on the spot” the result will be
more predictable and easy to adjust because everything is already planned.
