The Comfortable Living Room

My living room is comfortable. I feel very comfortable lying on a long, rectangular leather

sectional sofa. I am covered with a blanket that has a small bear pattern on it, and I am

reading while drinking aromatic green tea. Next to the sofa is a small square cabinet, on

which sits an exquisite vase and a small table lamp. Behind the small cabinet, which is

at the back of the sofa, is a bookshelf made of a black metal frame and glass shelves.

On the left-hand side of the sofa, there is an open fireplace with a constant flame. In the

winter, when the gas switch is turned on, the flame of the fireplace starts to flicker,

making the entire living room warm and quiet, without the creaking sound of burning

wood. Above the fireplace is a TV wall with two paintings hanging on each side. One

painting depicts a peaceful sea and a fishing boat on the beach, while the other portrays

a person's back facing the sunshine. At night, sitting on the sofa, I can directly see the

bright and clear moon outside the floor-to-ceiling window across from the sofa.To sum

up, my living room provides me with a sense of comfort and security that I find perfect.
