 Lead safety awareness by participating in daily Tool Box Talk.

 Looking out safety of Paying out &Stringing of Earth wire, Guying Arrangement
of Tower, Handling of Conductor and Earth wire, Conductor Damage and
Repair, Jointing and Cupping-In,
Fixing of Conductor & Earth wire Accessories, Final Checking, Testing &
Commissioning.
 Looking out of safety in tower foundation work activity.
 Maintaining all records, TBT sheet and guiding workers about work on daily basis.
Maintain daily basis Work Permit Issue and Filing.
Preparing Environment, Health & Safety Plan & Emergency Response Plan and its
implementation.

To monitor Production activities & overall Safety Management & Innovation at the
 site, Compliances, improvements & develop Safety Culture.
Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures with
implementation of Integrated Management System.
Prepare and maintain HSE monthly report, HSE Training Man Hours and Monthly
safety statistics.
Inspect premises to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective
equipment).
Oversee safety in lifting and shifting of heavy mechanical erection,
fabrication, installations, maintenance, disposal of substances by
approving SWL of respective lifting.
Immediately Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy on
site.
 Assisting in conduction of fire mock drill and awareness to public to combat fire.
