To all Owners, Managers and Representatives of Ships Flying the Cyprus Flag

I refer to the above subject and I enclose herewith for your information a self-
explanatory UN document which deals with a Notification submitted by the
Government of Mexico to the Secretary-General of the United Nations relating to a
temporary suspension of the innocent passage in specified areas of the territorial sea
of Mexico in accordance with article 25(3) of the 1982 United Nations Convention on
the Law of the Sea.

The Owners, Managers and Representatives of Ships flying the Cyprus flag are
advised to strictly abide by the above Notification.
