Curriculum modification is the process of making adjustments to existing programs inbasic and higher education,
that includes teacher education in order to respond to theneeds of the learners amid and post pandemic. 
\Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC’s)
 When there is so much to cover, teachers tend to do mile-wide-inch-deep teaching.
 The reduction of number of competencies may lead to more focused teaching.
 Teaching should focus on essentials.
Various Curriculum Delivery Modes
1. Online Learning
 A term to describe an emerging approach to learn at students' own premise through advanced information-

form of technology to access learning materials.
 Learning that is conducted and materials that are delivered via online or mobile technologies.
DepEd considers valid concerns of stakeholders related to online such as connectivity, accessibility, lack of poor internet

education needs and another similar context.

Learning
Artifacts/Reflection

This topic/lesson highlighted the significant disruptions caused by the pandemic in education. It emphasized the need for
adaptable and resilient curricula to better prepare for future challenges. Additionally, I learned about the innovative
approaches that emerged during the pandemic, such as online learning platforms and hybrid teaching models. I gained a
deeper understanding of the limitations of traditional curricula and the urgent need for modifications. It allowed me to
critically evaluate the effectiveness of previous approaches and consider alternative strategies that can better address the
diverse learning needs of students in a post-pandemic world.
