F. EVALUATION
Through INDIVIDUAL PRACTICUM ACTIVITY, the teacher will have the pupils make a video
performing at least 4 of the following basic exercises:

3. Deep Squat 6. Hamstring Stretch

They will make the video in school and to be submitted after they take took and edited the video.

G. CLOSURE

Through a VIDEO CLIP CLOSURE, the pupils will watch a clip video, “The Choice”, then answer the
