GRADE 8 – FORMAL TASK: DRAMA PERFORMANCE


Instructions:
You will be divided into groups.
Create a context and a storyline for a short drama incorporating one of the styles of drama.
i.e. comedy, tragedy, musical or a puppet show.
Utilise the important drama elements we have discussed in class.
Make sure you write down your drama in the form of a dialogue. Each person in a group
needs to hand in a script.
You will be assessed using the rubric on page 2.
