HM MILLON MF 3S 0.35MM NASA-TTechnical Data Sheet

Description Polyurethane coated thermoplastic hotmelt film.

Characteristic HM MILLON MF 3S 0.35mm NASA-T is the product which

polyurethaneis coated on the hotmelt.
It can be applied to no-sew process (laminating). It has superior
adhesive strength to various materials. Especially it is specilized in
shrinkage and curling properties.

Typical properties Appearance PU coated hotmelt / PE & PP carrier

Thickness 0.30mm ~ 0.41mm
Elongation Min 380%
Tensile strength Min 7.0kgf/inch
Width available 54 inch
Curling 8mm (30min after peel off the carrier)
Shrinkage 2% (24hr after peel off the carrier)
Melting Index(MI) 8~14(g/10min) Test condition 2.16Kg/177℃
*Tfb 114~122℃ (*Flow Beginning Temperature)
-.Recommend no sew temp. : 120~130℃

Application HM MILLON MF 3S 0.35mm NASA-T can be maunfactured under

general laminating condition using hot-press machine. The exact working
condition should be taken through some experimentals varing
temperature, time and pressure.
<Example condition>
Hot press surface temp.(HOBO) : 120~130℃(The period of 20~30 sec)
Time : 30~35sec
Pressure : 50kgf/cm2 (No sew machine : 10ton base)

Above condition is the best practice, but it needs to be changed depends

on the types of textile and No-sew machine. If hotmelt cannot be melted
through textile due to the feature of High density textile structure (Ex. JQD
Type) or highly heat sensitive type (Ex.TPU), it would be difficult to
guarantee for No-sew bonding.

Packaging Rolls in ordered length.
