PAYMENT TERMS.

1. 75% advance, 25% on ready to ship.

2. 65% advance, 15% at ¾ lead time, 20% on ready to ship.
3. 55% advance, 30% at ½ lead time, 15% on ready to ship.
4. 45% advance, 45% at ¼ lead time, 10% on ready to ship.

➢ Quoted itemized prices valid for 05 days, exclusive shelf talkers & Kick plates, loose
packing, exclusive fitting, exclusive all taxes, ex-factory.
➢ Delay in payments as per commitment will consequently result in delayed production
time.
➢ All taxes will be borne by the purchasing party in case of GST registered.
➢ Manufacturers reserve the right to be financially protected by the purchasing party in case
of change, reduction or cancellation of order which is not allowed otherwise.
➢ Store/Warehouse/Space planning/lay-out and quantities of racks are the customers’ sole
responsibility. The manufacturer will be responsible for the items, quantities described
and charged in the proposal/estimate/quotation only.
