AFFIDAVIT TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY

I, Deng Junqing, currently residing at Soong Mactan, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu, being of
sound mind and legal capacity, do hereby depose and state as follows:

1. I am a party to a contract entered into on September 15, 2023 between Deng

Junqing and Sun Sciente Solution Corp. The said contract is set to expire on
September 14, 2025.

2. I affirm my intention to leave the country upon the expiration of the

aforementioned contract.

3. I acknowledge that I am obligated to fulfill any responsibilities or obligations set

forth in the contract related to its termination and my departure from the country. I
will take all necessary steps to ensure a smooth transition in compliance with the
terms of the contract.

4. I assure that I will adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and requirements
related to leaving the country, including immigration and travel regulations. I
understand the legal implications of leaving the country and will act in accordance
with the laws of Philippines.
