Enzymatic Peroxide Killer

Jintexyme OEM Spl is a Catalase enzyme based formulation which ensures
removal of residual Hydrogen Peroxide, after the bleaching process.

APPLICATION:

Product can be applied both by padding as well as exhaust processes.

Dosage & Application conditions

Jintexyme OEM spl dosage depends on the amount of peroxide used and the water
condition. In general following dosages are recommended as a guide:

Jintexyme OEM spl 0.2 – 0.8 g/l

Temperature up to 70oC, optimum 45 - 70oC
pH range 5 – 10, optimum pH 5 – 7
Time 10 – 20 min

Discontinuous application
Drain the bath after the hydrogen peroxide bleach Hot wash off for 10 - 15min at
85 - 90°C, drain Neutralisation for 10min at 40 - 60°C, pH 5.5 – 6,
After the neutralisation in the same bath add Jintexyme OEM spl and treat for
another 10 - 15minutes. Test for the residual hydrogen peroxide and go straight for
dyeing in the same bath.

Continuous application

Treatment with Jintexyme OEM spl is rarely required post pad-steam bleach. But in
cases where washing efficiency is poor after the Pad-steam bleaching and in case of
under-liquor bleaching application, Jintexyme OEM spl can be added in the last
wash box after neutralization of the alkali. The dosages will be based on the level of
leftover peroxide.
