    Consonant Sounds

    Board Game

    RULES OF THE GAME

    1 Each player (minimum 2) rolls a single die and moves their character
    marker forward the number of spaces shown on the die.
    2 Upon landing on a space, the player must make the consonant sound
    or consonant pair sound (ex. “ch”) out loud.
    3 The player must choose a word that begins with the consonant sound
    (ex.“chair”) and say the word aloud. This ends the player’s turn.
    4 The player who makes it to the end first wins.

    MATERIALS:

    · A single six-sided die

    · Character markers (coin or button)
