Job Responsibilities:

 Develop, produce, and iterate at various levels of fidelity and interactivity: wireframes,
clickable prototypes and high-fidelity design for application, web, and mobile experiences
 Designing Web page layouts considering parameters such as text size and colors/branding
 Ability to work with different content management systems and learning management
systems (LMS)
 Aligning & evolving designs with existing style guides and brand guidelines
 Create cross channel UI documentation that clearly communicates all elements of an
interface
 Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages
 Testing of the Web pages to identify bugs and fix them
 Researching and keeping abreast of emerging technologies
 Working closely with Front End Developers to ensure designs are delivered accurately and in
line with stakeholder expectations


Job Requirements:

 E-learning development background preferred

 Cross-device, cross-platform development experience is must
 Responsive design development experience
 Experience with design principles including color, layout, and typography
 Experience with tightly defined pattern libraries and style guides
 Ability to design usable, accessible, and engaging user experiences for mobile and web,
based on research and best practices
 Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process
